For established clients, I am best reached by email and I am usually able to return a message within 24 hours on weekdays.  I am not available for contact on weekends or holidays, so if you send me a message on a Friday you can expect a response on Monday unless that day is a holiday.

I am not available on the weekends and will inform existing clients of any changes to my schedule of availability. 

Therapy is an investment of time, money, effort, and energy - and it can be life-changing in return.  Private-pay session fees will be discussed via email or phone consult.

Individual Intake session 90 minutes: $185 per session

Individual Therapy session 50-55 minutes: $175 per session 

EMDR Individual Therapy session, 90 minutes: $195 per session

Meta Hypnotherapy Session 90 - 120 minutes: $250 per session

• Hypnotherapy bundle of 3x 90-120 minute sessions: $600

Mandated or court-ordered substance abuse evaluation: $385

• Case management will be billed at $200 per hour in 15 minute increments.

Family dynamics can be challenging, and at Frank Counseling, pllc, we offer family counseling options designed to foster understanding and harmony among family members. Family of addict/alcoholic therapy session 50-55 minutes: $155 per session 

Join our group therapy programs at Frank Counseling, pllc to connect with others who share similar experiences. These sessions provide a safe space for sharing, support, and growth. Led by qualified facilitators, our groups focus on various topics, allowing participants to learn from one another and develop valuable coping skills. Following legislation passed in 2021, all uninsured or private-pay clients will receive a “Good Faith Estimate” before beginning therapy.  This document is meant to broadly estimate costs based on possible duration of services.  If applicable, A “Good Faith Estimate” will be made available to you prior to our first session.
